What we price, and what we won't
Findings are classified into repair types and priced from this table, adjusted for your state. This is the actual table the product uses — not a summary of it.
5 things we refuse to price
An inspection report describes a symptom. For these, the repair spans such a wide range that any number would be misleading — so we say a specialist quote is required instead.
- Foundation repairFoundation work ranges from a few thousand to six figures depending on movement, soil, and access. No report can scope it.
- Retaining wall repairCost depends on wall height, material, and what is retained behind it — a failing wall may need full rebuild.
- Sewer line repairCost swings from a spot repair to a full line replacement depending on depth, length, and what is above it.
- Moisture or mold remediationRemediation cost depends entirely on the affected area and the moisture source behind it, neither of which a report establishes.
- UnclassifiedThis finding does not match a repair we price. A trade quote is the honest answer.
